ETTAH EMMANUEL O. ACHIEVES PROFESSIONAL CINEMATOGRAPHY SKILL AFTER MANY MONTHS OF INTENSIVE TRAINING
NaijaBlaseTv CEO Ettah Becomes Certified Cinematographer with Igwe Films Training
In the fast-evolving world of media and entertainment, I’ve always believed in the power of continuously enhancing my skills to stay relevant and deliver the best. My journey of growth recently led me to acquire a new skill—cinematography. As the CEO of NaijaBlaseTv and the Media Officer for the Cross River State Ministry of Sports, Sports Commission, and Rovers Football Club, I have spent years honing my media and branding expertise. However, I felt it was time to expand my horizons and embrace a new challenge.
Eight months ago, I decided to pursue cinematography to refine my craft and enhance my ability to create visually compelling content. I enrolled in an intensive cinematography training program at Igwe Films in Calabar, one of the leading cinematography Institute in the Cross River state. Under the mentorship of renowned media experts, including the incredible Mr Francis, Mr. Otobong, Mr Godas, I gained not just theoretical knowledge but practical, hands-on experience in filmmaking.
Through this journey, I learned the intricate technicalities of cinematography—lighting, framing, color grading, sound, camera movements—and more importantly, how to use these tools to tell powerful, visually engaging stories. The process was transformative. It challenged me to rethink my creative approach and sharpen my eye for detail. Today, I’m proud to say that I’m a certified cinematographer, ready to take on new opportunities and challenges in the media industry.
I am deeply grateful to God for this opportunity and for the guidance and support of my family, friends, and mentors who stood by me throughout this learning process. This achievement is not just a personal milestone but also a reminder of the importance of learning, unlearning, and constantly pushing the boundaries of one’s capabilities.
With my new skills, I am now in a better position to produce high-quality visual content that will take my brand, NaijaBlaseTv, and my other media ventures to new heights. Cinematography is an art form that combines technical skill with creative vision, and I am excited to explore how I can apply what I’ve learned to tell even more impactful stories.
This accomplishment serves as a testament to the power of self-investment and the importance of adaptability in an ever-changing industry. I am ready to bring a fresh perspective and a new level of professionalism to my work, and I look forward to what lies ahead as I continue to evolve in the world of
