Bakassi Deep Seaport Survey Launched: A Key Step Towards Economic Growth for Cross River

Dear friends, it’s new dawn for our state, Cross River as today, i officially flagged off the Hydrographic Geophysical and Geotechnical Survey for the Bakassi Deep Seaport Project, a key step forward in maximizing our state’s economic opportunities.

This survey, led by the National Hydrographic Agency, will provide critical data to ensure the construction of a worldclass seaport that will drive trade, create jobs, and uplift our communities.

My heartfelt thanks go to the Nigerian Navy, AFREXIMBANK, ARISE-IIP, and other partners for their support in bringing this dream closer to reality.
